Hey there,
I'm Evan, an individual with a career in tech who’s been struggling with anxiety, overwhelmingness, lack of focus and many other symptoms which were induced and amplified by excessive digital interaction. Last year, I’ve managed to overcome it and it’s been one of the toughest battles of my life.
Why did I create this blog?
I’ve gone through most of my life without a purpose, a meaning or a mission. At one point, my life became a journey filled with constant digital noise, anxiety, and what I now call Digitopia.
Digitopia (pronunciation: dij-i-toh-pee-uh) — an idealized but ultimately isolating and detached state induced by excessive digital interaction.
Escaping it was one of my biggest achievements in life and, as months went by, I’ve noticed how many individuals struggle with the same challenges I faced and it’s only getting worse.
This blog is not just a recount of my story; it's the product of my mission to extend a helping hand to those feeling lost in the digital chaos that causes feelings of isolation, anxiety and depression.
I want to help 1 million souls with escaping Digitopia and becoming a better version of themselves.
Why subscribe?
If you are feeling symptoms/effects of Digitopia, then let me help. I’d be more than happy to see you being one of the million souls I successfully manage to help.
I’m only getting started with pouring down my thoughts onto paper but I’ll be investing more and more time into it week-over-week.
The current schedule is 1 blog post a week but soon enough, I’ll be adding another segment to the newsletter — bite-sized tips, tricks & exercises that’ll arrive in your inbox once a week that have helped me escape the rut I was in.
So let’s do this, together, let’s fight back.
